When is my EMI due?
Your EMI due date is mentioned in your loan agreement. Typically, it's the same date every month as your disbursement date.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Missing a payment may result in late payment fees and could affect your credit score. Please contact our customer support immediately if you anticipate difficulty making a payment.
Can I make partial payments?
Yes, you can make partial payments, but please note that late payment fees may still apply if the full EMI amount is not paid by the due date.
How do I get a receipt for my payment?
A payment receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address after your payment is processed. You can also download receipts from your account dashboard.
